1031 Asset Exchange

At the start of the sales process, the Iconic team educates clients on the 1031 exchange process and gives examples of potential replacement properties. The firm’s large network of nationwide relationships provides us exposure to an extensive rotating inventory of properties across all product types. We then work together with you and the buyer of your property to produce an escrow that will allow for seamless exchange. When needed, we are successful in negotiating escrow extensions of 30-90 days to give you more time to secure your replacement property.

Our team is required to stay up-to-date with rental rates, recent sales, proposed developments, and new regulations to better serve our clients. While Iconic is heavily focused on employing modern technology to promote listings, we still find value in mailing our high-quality printed materials to ensure we are reaching the entire local market and because we get a great response from regular mail.
